The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, the judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.

The MENA Agency Awards are one of the few awards schemes that are judged solely by in-house judges; your entry will not be viewed by any other agency.

From a transparency perspective, we may video aspects of the judging session to give entrants an insight into why a winning entry was chosen.

Mohammed Adel Jamsheer | Director Marketing & Digital | Gulf Air

Mohamed Jamsheer started his aviation career with Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in May 2018 as Director of Marketing with responsibilities including managing Gulf Air’s brand, marketing campaigns, awareness, advertising and promotional activities. The role expanded in 2020 by building the airline’s digital operations and development unit within the commercial division along with the global contact centre operations, post-travel support, Falconflyer loyalty programme, partnerships, CRM and corporate communications and currently he holds the title of Director of Marketing & Digital. He is bringing 15 years of experience in brand strategy and brand plan execution for billion dollar soft drink brands across Eurasia and Western Europe territories. Urfi Ansari | Managing Partner & Head of SEO | COURSETAKERS.AE AND COURSETAKERS GLOBAL
